Eligibility varies depending on your plan. A Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor may be required to qualify for reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, and it is your responsibility to check with your HSA/FSA provider. Receipts will be provided upon request; however, payment is due at the time of booking, regardless of your plan’s decision.
