Cancellation Policy
At My Teacher Wellness LLC, we value your time and the commitment you’ve made to your personal and professional growth. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we’ve established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
1. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice, at no additional charge.
- Rescheduled sessions must take place within 4 weeks of the original booking date.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee or may result in the loss of that session if part of a prepaid package.
- No-shows (missed appointments without notice) are treated as late cancellations and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
2. Emergencies
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you’re facing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible at (307) 228-5550 . We’ll make every effort to accommodate you.
3. Refund Policy
- All sessions and packages are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule a prepaid session, it must be completed within 4 weeks of the original appointment.
- Unused or expired sessions are not eligible for credit or refund.
4. Agreement
By booking a session with My Teacher Wellness LLC, you agree to this cancellation policy.
